I apologize for the delay in content and all I can say is big changes are coming and I am almost certain it will allow me to get into a better position both mentally and physically. See you have to be open to changes as they are a big part of both the recovery and healing processes. It has not been easy and yes I still struggle so hard sometimes. But that is ok too. With acceptance I am reminded of actually how far I’ve come.
